Eridan smiled gently at Jade as she shoved the bouquet in her face. She was wearing a wide smile on her face as she indulged in them. He knew he couldn’t be given all the credit. The sales woman had been rather helpful in the task.
“Oh, Wh-whale you’re w-welcome!”
His words word followed a slightly awkward grin. Yet, Jade seemed to already be headed to the other side of the room by the time that Eridan had displayed the crooked smile.And as she began her search for the vase he couldn’t help but notice they that the way she was positioned, made it so that the curves of her thighs were near as prominent as her rump. Eridan coughed slightly and tugged at his scarf, loosening it a bit.
“I w-was thinkin’ maybe w-we could go on a reel date today.”
After he suggested the idea he took a seat by Jade.
[Jade began to arrange the flowers as Eridan took a seat near her. She flashed him a bright smile. A real date? That sounded wonderful to her.]
Okay!! What did you have in mind, Eridan?
[Once the flowers were arranged in a way she enjoyed, Jade scooted closer to Eridan and made her way onto his lap, snuggling into his chest. Although his skin was cooler than hers, Jade found him extraordinarily comfortable.]
Eridan wrapped an arm around Jade as he felt her begin to burrow her face in his chest. She was warm and soft and couldn’t help but think of how nice it would be if they were both as bare as Jade and touching. He quickly pushed this out of his mind and began to stroke her hair, resting his chin atop her head.
“W-whale I’m not exactly familiar w-with any w-where, Just maybe some place w-where w-we could sit dow-wn an eat together. That w-would be nice”
Perhaps they could go somewhere with popular human food, so he could get a better understanding of the food here. It couldn’t hurt to try and become more culture sensitive.
